Meet the committee

Chairperson – Aisling Foran

Aisling has been Chairperson of Wicklow Triple a Alliance since April 2017. Originally from Waterford, Aisling joined Triple A in 2013 having moved to Greystones in 2011 after living abroad. Mum to two boys, the youngest of which is on the autism spectrum, Aisling is passionate about empowering families and believes that no dream should be out of reach for the autism community.

Having worked with both adults and young people on the autism spectrum, Aisling wants to help educate society on how to be more neurodiverse friendly in a meaningful way.

Vice Chairperson / Membership Secretary – Rebecca Galligan

Rebecca joined Wicklow Triple A Alliance in 2015 following her eldest son Charlie being diagnosed autistic. Rebecca became vice-chairperson in August 2017, is living in Rathnew and is mum to four boys. Rebecca is passionate and committed to giving all children a voice in our community, especially those like her son who are non-speaking with an intellectual disability.

Rebecca has been a music teacher in schools in South County Dublin & North Wicklow. She is a qualified SNA and is Lamh trained.

Treasurer – Frank Casey

Frank has been Treasurer of Triple A Alliance since 2017. Coming from a career in banking, Frank took time out to care for his youngest son who is on the autism spectrum. Previously Frank held positions on various boards and committees in the North Wicklow are. Keen to understand more about autism, Frank is always interested to hear what ideas the members have.

Secretary / Information Officer – Kasha Huse

Activities Supervisor / Adult Social Events – Sean Butler

Sean has been working with Triple A since August 2017 when he volunteered to help out with the first Triple A summer camp, this resulted in him joining the committee in April 2018. Sean has a background in psychology as well as dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder and decided to join Triple A in order to use his neurodiversity to do some good within the community. Sean has been practicing archery for close to 20 years and is a member of Wicklow Archers which will hopefully lead to further “come and try events” in the future.
